Return Policy
Hey, sometimes things just don't work out the way you expect. We want you to absolutely
love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the
item(s) for an exchange or refund. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving
your order. Sorry, but we don't accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period.
If you'd like to return something, please contact us immediately
and we'll let you know how to proceed.
We'll need to know what you're returning and why you're returning it. We'll also
need your name, email address and order number along
with the items that you're returning. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges
associated with sending the items back to us. Finally, we'll need to know if you
want to simply exchange the items for something else, or if you'd like a full refund.
If you'd like a refund, we can only reimburse you for the item(s) returned. The
original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you'd like an exchange, we'll send
the replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available
when the return is processed, we will issue you a refund instead.
All returned items must be in the original condition in which you received them.
We do not accept washed items or items that show obvious signs of use. If a washed
or used item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.
We can only accept returns on items actually purchased from the ProfaneCards.com
website. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the store location from which
they were purchased. Retailers of Profane Cards products may have return policies
that are different from the ProfaneCards.com return policy. Sorry, we've got no
control over the policies of other businesses.
